Donau Chemie Group is awarded

„berufundfamilie“

Donau Chemie Group Austria underwent the "berufundfamilie" (work and family) audit for the first time in the fall of 2022 and received the basic certificate at the beginning of 2023. Behind the state award is the promise of a three-year improvement process with the aim of further developing and implementing family-friendly measures. At the end of January 2023, the Donau Chemie Group was awarded the basic certificate. The official awarding of the state quality mark by MMag. Dr. Susanne Raab, Federal Minister for Women, Family, Integration and Media took place on May 10, 2023 in a ceremony at Palais Berg in Vienna.

Great Place to Work®

Appreciative and trusting interaction with each other at Donau Chemie is one of our core values. The feedback of our employees is important to us. Therefore, every three years we ask for feedback on our corporate culture, leadership quality and working conditions as part of our employee survey, which is conducted with Great Place to Work Austria®, in order to evaluate potential areas for improvement and to work on them. After all, satisfaction and loyalty are the basis for committed employees.

Best Recruiters

Donau Chemie Group Austria was also awarded the "Best Recruiters" seal for the tenth time. The underlying study is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region and annually examines the recruiting quality of the top 400 employers from the perspective of applicants. In the industry ranking, the Donau Chemie Group even achieved first place. "Especially after these challenging years, we are particularly pleased to receive this award. Every day, we do everything we can to make our high quality standards in recruiting tangible for applicants and customers and to position ourselves as an attractive employer," says Viktoria Ugrinovich, responsible for recruiting and employer branding.
