The Technical Services department of Donau Chemie AG supports projects and plants with services which range from planning and construction to maintenance. Many years of experience and highly qualified employees guarantee optimal service.
 

Technical Office

The Technical Office provides planning and construction services for machine building and process engineering. Plant diagrams are drawn up and maintained using the very latest software.
 

Electrical Workshop

The team provides extensive expertise in the areas of control and instrumentation technology, automation, drive systems and switchgear. From the planning and design of specialised projects, by taking over responsibility for the supervision of the works we ensure that the implementation and final commissioning are carried out punctually and, above all, smoothly for our partners.
 

Mechanical Workshop

From the supervision of technical projects, largescale repairs and rehabilitation programmes to special custom-built equipment for plants and repair and maintenance measures – the specialist team possesses the many years of experience necessary to execute the broad range of customer wishes. Currently some 5,000 assignments for plant construction and conversions, repair, maintenance and inspection are carried out each year. 70,000 manhours for customers at the industrial park.
 

Materials Management and Procurement

We purchase, store and manage more than 5,000 different articles in our materials warehouse. The resulting immediate availability of technical components and spare parts means that production downtime due to repairs is kept to a minimum. At present up to 1,800 items of material are picked from stock every month. Materials Procurement currently processes some 1,800 orders per year.
