The Application Process
How your application to the Donau Chemie Group works
A transparent and structured application process is important to us. We will guide you through the process from application to your start date at the Donau Chemie Group in just a few steps.
1. Apply online
Apply directly for the position that suits you best via our career portal. Complete the application form, upload your application documents (resume, certificates), and tell us in a few sentences what interests and motivates you about the position.
After submitting your application, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt.
2. Document review
Your application will be carefully reviewed by the HR department together with the relevant department.
3. Selection process
The selection process depends on the advertised position and its specific requirements. Depending on the position, it may include personal interviews, online interviews, tests, second interviews, and trial sessions. In many cases, you will also get to know the workplace, the team, and the location better.
After the interview, you will receive feedback on the status of your application within a few days.
*Please note that expenses incurred in connection with the interview, such as travel or accommodation costs, will not be reimbursed.
4. Decision
If the chemistry is right on both sides, we will send you an offer and the employment contract for signature. If you decline, we are happy to offer you a follow-up call upon request.
5. Onboarding
On your first day, you will be welcomed by your manager, introduced to your team, and shown around your workplace. It is important to us that you settle in well and feel comfortable. Therefore, we will conduct a feedback meeting with your manager within the first few months.
